About us - a brief history:

Present day - Liz Carroll is qualified in residential property law and non-contentious probate law. She, and her practice of Brockington Carroll, is regulated by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers to carry out conveyancing and probate services. Please visit their website www.clc-uk.org for confirmation of her status and the regulatory framework for Licensed Conveyancers. You can rest assured that the professional service provided will be of the highest quality. She carries professional indemnity insurance of £2m for your protection.

2010 - Brockington Carroll was formed in February 2010 to continue the property and probate work following the retirement of Simon Wade, a sole practitioner Solicitor, who practised under the name of Brockington Wade for 30 years. Brockington Carroll is owned by Liz Carroll who worked closely with Simon Wade since joining his practice in 1982.

1980 - In 1980 Simon Wade took over the practice known as (and run by) Roy Brockington, Solicitor in Guildford. A mutual love of cricket sealed the deal!

Pre 1980 - Roy Brockington had run the practice for the previous 18 years, but the practice had been in existence in previous iterations since about 1943
